1.⁠ ⁠Use of the App

BloomSkin is a mobile skincare assistant that provides AI-powered skin insights, personalized skincare routines, and product recommendations. It is designed for cosmetic and educational use only — it is not a medical device, nor is it intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any health conditions.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using BloomSkin, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.⁠ ⁠Subscriptions & Billing

 
BloomSkin offers a paid subscription service called Glow Premium, which unlocks enhanced features.
 
Subscription Options:
•Weekly Plan: $3.99/week (billed weekly)
•Monthly Plan: $7.99/month (54% off weekly rate)
 
Auto-Renewal Terms:
•Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
•Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase.
•Subscription management and cancellation can be done via your Apple account settings.
 
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

3.⁠ ⁠Free Trial

If offered, a free trial provides temporary access to premium features. You will be charged if the subscription is not canceled before the trial period ends.

 4.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy

All payments and billing for BloomSkin are managed through Apple’s App Store. Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy, and we do not have access to payment data.

5.⁠ ⁠Face Data & Privacy

 
BloomSkin uses your camera to analyze facial attributes and provide skincare insights. All processing is done locally on your device.
•We do not collect, store, or transmit facial recognition or biometric identifiers.
•Your scan results are not sent to our servers and remain private unless you choose to save them.
•You may delete saved results at any time from within the app.

You agree not to:

•Use the App in ways that violate laws or infringe on rights

To the fullest extent permitted under Michigan law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to:
•Skin reactions
•Data loss
•Subscription billing errors managed by Apple
 
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months for the subscription.

10.⁠ ⁠Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

11.⁠ ⁠Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest update will always appear at the top.

12.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
