    BloomSkin uses your device’s camera to perform AI-powered skin analysis. During a scan, the app evaluates:
  • Acne levels
  • Wrinkle presence
  • Dark spots
  • Overall skin clarity and tone
    • We do not collect, store, or process biometric identifiers, such as facial recognition templates or facial geometry. The app does not identify individuals.

b. Device & Usage Information

    We may collect limited technical information, such as:
  • Device type and operating system
  • App version and crash reports
  • Anonymous usage behavior (e.g., button taps, time spent)
    • This data is used to improve app performance and user experience.

 

 2.⁠ ⁠How We Use Your Information

  • Real-time facial scan data is deleted immediately after processing unless the user chooses to save it.
  • Saved scan results are stored locally on the user’s device and can be deleted manually at any time from the app settings.

    We do not sell, rent, or share your facial data or personal information with any third parties. We also do not use your face data for advertising, tracking, or identification.

    BloomSkin offers an optional premium subscription called Glow Premium, which includes:
  • AI-designed skincare routines
  • Personal AI beauty coach
  • Unlimited skin insights and tips
  • 24/7 skincare assistant
    • Plans:
  • 1 Week Premium: $3.99/week (equivalent to $17.34/month)
  • 1 Month Premium: $7.99/month (54% discount)
    • Auto-Renewal Policy: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID account settings.

6.⁠ ⁠Your Rights

You may:
•Withdraw camera permission at any time via device settings
•Delete saved skin scan history from within the app
•Contact us for questions or to request data deletion
